The limited company REKUPER SYCHROV was founded on May 31, 1993, as a fully Czech company. It started its economical activities on July 1, 1993. Nowadays, the company is owned by three partners, and its own capital amounts to CZK 2,800.000,-. The technical and production base of the firm, consisting of production shops, a social and administration building, the forwarding department and the warehouses including the handling areas, is situated in the domicile of the firm, at Sychrov - Husa 28. The principal enterprising design of the firm are manufacturing and merchandising activities, supporting and introducing ecological and energy-saving products and equipment. During the past years, the firm has defined its three basic spheres of activities, which it intends to carry on and to develop in the future, too. Products & Services The basic and sustaining activity is the manufacture of ventilation units with heat recuperation, intended for hall-type objects in particular, including their design and installation. In this type of equipment, the authorship certificates of the partners of the firm have been applied, in particular in the unique design of the plastic recuperation exchanger. The air treatment equipment is being modernised all the time, including the development of the new one. Another field of production is the processing of metals, mainly in the form of sub-contracts for other firms. In this field, important changes in the structure of production are taking place gradually, due to the introduction and purchase of new technologies. In the first place, it is the CNC processing of metal sheets - by chiselling, edging and now laser cutting, too, upon which the firm is specialising. At the same time, the firm is also engaged in the processing of stainless steel (mainly in sheets again) by piercing, bending and with all the methods of welding. A complementary program is the manufacture of various handling equipment for logistic departments of the firms in the automobile industry, as well as of warehousing equipment for commercial firms. A new sphere of activities which the firm is developing recently is the manufacture, the designs of technical solutions and the installation of the equipment for the flow regulation of sewage waters, in particular the float controllers made of stainless steel. This unique design of the German firm APA is a novelty brought upon the Czech market by our company. The customers of this sector are being attended by the technical office of the firm in Liberec. With the expanding turnover of the firm, the percentage of the export is increasing, too, amounting to more than 65% of the total turnover. The most of it is due to the business with firms from the Federal Republic of Germany.
